I am also a family man with a lovely wife Kate, and two teenage boys Harrison and Thomas. We love travelling and experiencing a variety of cultures and languages.

Why I Do It
Sales development is not a term I ever heard growing up. While my parents did their best to provide for our family, at times they lived paycheck to paycheck to support my brother and I. Seeing my parents work so hard inspired me to aim high too. But despite my best efforts, I still found myself making the wrong decisions in my sales career, but fortunately learning from my own mistakes.
Once I was proven to be a good seller through coaching from my manager and courses on negotiation and sales process, I was promoted into a sales management role. Here the learning started all over again and I quickly realised that there were no proven methods, at the time, to coach a new sales manager. Then I realised that if I can at least help and coach the sales people in my sales team, at the time, who wanted the same great sales results then I can make sales success happen for them too as their sales leader. So I have made it my mission to help as many sales people as possible to be successful in sales and to help sales leaders equally be successful for themselves and their families.
